I Wouldn’t Want To Be A Dead Horse These Next Two Weeks Leading Up To The Harbaugh Bowl
Well we’re here. My worst nightmare. No, not Ray Lewis and his crying/grandstanding/motivational speaking, I can handle that because its to be expected. He is background noise at this point. Nope, these next 2 weeks are going to be the worst two weeks in ESPN and Sports Media history because of two brothers. Bad puns, meaningless stories, interviews with family members, the works.
Rovell is going to tweet terrible jokes for the next 14 days “Harbowl” “Superbaugh” “The Super Bowl presented by Jimmy John’s”. Reilly is going to do a puff piece on how Jim threw a rock at John back when they were in grade school and their mother made them apologize to each other and promise they’ll someday coach against each other in a Super Bowl. Schefter is going to tell us how he spoke with some anonymous league executives and they all agreed that Jack Harbaugh was the greatest dad in football. Berman, fucking Berman. I don’t even want to think about what Berman is going to do. The guy at your office who doesn’t really watch sports is going to repeat the same 3 terrible puns in an attempt to fit in. Its all bad. All of it. So buckle up, because we’re on a cringe inducing ride the likes of which we have never seen.
PS
See what I mean

so what you’re saying is this will be a harbaugh-ble next 2 weeks?
what does I Wouldn’t want to be a dead horse these next two weeks mean? is that midwestern or something
It’s ok… We all know who the REAL greatest dad in football is.
I don’t know how ESPN is gonna fit in all of that when Manti Te’o might say something about his make believe girlfriend.
if the Ravens win, there is no God.
@yeayea, ESPN will be talking about this story non-stop for the next two weeks which, as the universal saying goes, means that they will be “beating a dead horse.” And I’m a masshole born and raised..
no way im watching sportscenter for the next month
That Reilly story is 100% happening
You do realize you don’t have to watch ESPN, right?
What the hell are you talking about, idiot? You wouldn’t want to be a dead horse??? Truly a Neil-esque blog right there.
I can deal with the storyline of these two… both good coaches, and I am sure I will watch the mini documentary of their family that ESPN or NFL Network makes.
I just can’t take Ray Lewis. I hate that piece of shit.
Take me to the Super Bowl with you Big Cat!
Big Cat, I saw Clubber yesterday standing next to the players being interviewed in the locker room post game, cant believe you didnt jump on that
Wtf about a dead horse?
thank god the pats are not in the superbowl
How the fuck are their living breathing human beings that don’t understand the dead horse reference?
@diggy: their there
@christosterone — grammar nazi police? Seriously, what kind of sad pathetic shitstain are you?
A dead horse, as in the saying beating a dead horse, when something is just way over used, such as the Harbaugh reference
I knew Barstool commenters are generally mouth breathing retards but how the hell do you not understand the dead horse reference? Seriously. Fucking morons. And the same assholes will try correcting somebody’s ‘there, their, they’re’.
RAY LEWIS KILLED TWO PEOPLE… RATTED OUT 2 0F HIS FRIENDS..SENT THEM TO JAIL FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES SO HE DIDNT HAVE TO SERVE TIME.. AND HAS 6 KIDS WITH 4 DIFFERENT WOMEN AND ESPN SUCKS THE GUYS DICK..ALL BARRY BONDS DID WAS REFUSE A FEW INTERVIEWS AND RUN A NEEDLE TO KEEP IN FRONT OF THE COMPETITION AND THE MEDIA KILLED HIM …FUCK ESPN..
If you don’t think that song is money, you’re a fucking dick.
