Oh another person on a scooter almost got ejected the length of a football field by an 18 wheeler for falling asleep at the wheel or another person crossing a busy 14 lane highway trying to get crushed and claim some money in through insurance fraud. Yawn. This is Russia going back to its roots. A polite couple driving in the country suddenly stopping because a farmer went full retard and dumped about 25 cows along the road. As I understand it, most Russians buy dash cams because the police and insurance companies are too lazy/corrupt to investigate accidents, so one needs to have video evidence.
